This fixes the path to source files in some unit tests and allows
to get rid of a few duplicate lines.

* Made compilation under MacOSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) possible, but breaks 10.4 (Tiger), to be fixed

split is rendered moot by the plugin system: when enabled, binaries do
not link directly with libX11 or libGL. I hope this is a step towards
more consisteny and clarity.

<cucul.h> will provide the C99 types, even if libcaca has been installed.
