Disable debug messages by default and downgrade a few messages.
From now on, msg::debug will not display anything, unless this is a debug
build, or the LOL_DEBUG environment variable is set.

math: tweak the real number printing routine.
By adding a bias we ensure that 1.999… will be displayed as 2.0 as long as we
do not ask for too many digits, and that rounding is reasonable for most values.
Note that our need for proper rounding is not as high as for IEEE floats since
we have an insane amount of digits at our disposal.
Also we now get rid of trailing zeroes when printing reals.

ResourceLoader + tileset tweaks
Moved ImageLoader to ResourceLoader, so that loading is extensible.
i.e. here: Zed image loader now loads up a tileset instead of being a
hacked image loader.
Goal is to support more funky stuff (wad, pak .....)

lua: replace lol::LuaState with the original lua_State
We have no hope of extending lua_State to add more data to it, because
that object may be created by Lua itself, for instance within a coroutine,
and it has no knowledge of our version of the object.

lua: remove LuaLoader::Find() helper
This has proved unreliable because coroutines create whole new environments,
so one of the only ways to store user data and access it even from coroutines
is to use lua_setglobal().
