For now the flags are: --disable-doc --disable-test
--disable-samples --disable-tutorial.

All these changes will allow us to more easily add Lol Engine as a
submodule of another Git project.

Travis-CI is so out of date that if you want something as simple as
libsdl2-dev you need to enable sudo and use the huge VM environment
instead of the containers that boot in a few seconds.

- removed 0 CR characters
 - removed 1 trailing whitespaces
 - replaced 1 tabs with spaces
 - fixed 367 svn:eol-style properties

Not all programs support this feature for now, but that’s because they
don’t support the scene framework either, and will need patching. Also
the default postprocess is deliberately exaggerated for now.

Now TickDraw() can be called several times per frame, because we
may have several scenes. This is expected, but it will require
some adjustments later.

Add String.split(char) to split into an array, and add a simple
char const * + lol::String free operator.

There might be issues with lolremez but at first sight it seems to work.
