Behold the power of LolPhysics !
Added lol::phys::Simulation, lol::phys::EasyPhysics for easy physic uses.
Added PhysicsObject, wich hold EasyMesh & EasyPhysics components so it is easy to use. Easy seems to be the consensus.
BtPhysTest now works with new physics classes.
Known problem for this commit:
Physics is not properly setup.
There might be memory leaks, I don't think I've parsed all new/delete.
A LOT of primitives are not taken into account.

build: recompile Win64 SDL with -D_CRTIMP= so that it uses the static runtime
library (the same that we use for the engine), and link with winmm.lib and
dxguid.lib on that platform.

win32: start porting the graphical backend to DirectX 9. Apparently I
cannot used DirectX 10 because my video card only supports DX9, and there
is no compatibility layer. DX11 has feature levels for older hardware so
it would work with a DX9 card, but it's not available for WinXP.
